Dr. Martin Seligman, drector of Penn’s Positive Psychology Center, has devoted his life to exploring the benefits of positive thinking on personal psychological health. His web site now offers several Authentic Happiness quizzes, to self-asses one’s mental state and aim toward a more positive state of mind. They’re longer than a Cosmo quiz — but why not?!
